Launching in February of 2025, The Shift Show is all about how to navigate change in our incredibly dynamic world of work. "The Future of Work" is now and this podcast is your sidekick to understanding what's relevant and how to best incorporate changes into your world to ensure you're indispensable. 

I'm taking a short sabbatical in early 2025 do things I've always wanted to do but didn't have the time for with a demanding full-time job - volunteering, travel, family, and one of my favorite activities: learning!  I'll share a lot of my most relevant work learnings via The Shift Show but, this blog will be more personal and reflective. Coming Soon.

 CraftLab Ventures is a side-gig that evolved into a creative consulting agency which has published multiple books and personal reflection journals, developed multiple brands, and in 2025 will produce The Shift Show, Rachel's podcast focused on navigating the “future of work” for ambitious professionals.
